We believe that access to nutritious food should be a basic human right, and we strive to make that a reality for those in need. By partnering with local organizations and volunteers, we can provide fresh produce and protein to those who need it most. The Abundant Acre started with a personal investment in a few blueberry bushes, a small garden, and 10 chickens. It takes 12 blueberry bushes to feed a family of 4 for a year, and 3 chickens will provide enough eggs for a family of 4 for a year. As we have grown, we have added additional chickens and pork to our farm. In 2024, we provided 8,0000 servings of protein to food pantries and shelters in the area. We are also working to add beef soon. As we continue to grow, the need for additional investment also grows, and we need your help.
